Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines

  1. The registration of aircraft shall be in accordance with CAAP Airworthiness Inspectors Manual
  2. De-registration Certificate from the Country of Previous Registration
  3. The existing Certificate of Airworthiness and/or Export Certificate of Airworthiness
  4. A copy of the Flight Manual issued for that type of aircraft
  5. A set of Maintenance, Overhaul, Repair and Operations Manuals with respect to the aircraft and its parts
  6. A complete set of Service Bulletins, Service Instructions, Service Letters, embodying modifications and any technical data of similar nature with respect to the aircraft and its parts
  7. Weight and Balance Report and Equipment list for the particular aircraft
  8. A statement of the modification status and Airworthiness Directives embodiment pertaining to the airframe, engines, propellers and installed Avionics Equipment
  9. A copy of the master Minimum Equipment List (MMEL) as issued by country of manufacturer of aircraft
  10. Such other technical records as may be required by the Airworthiness Department
